This next exercise progression is challenging. It's an advanced movement progression that starts with a squat and ends with freestyle jumping. It is important that you master each level before you progress. Stand on a BOSU balance trainer and perform a regular squat to establish squatting technique and then come back up. For our next progression, do a jump stick. Squat down, jump up, and land the squat. Hold that and then repeat. You may need to adjust your feet as you go. For our third and most aggressive progression, do some freestyle jumping. The key here is the landing. You want to land in a squat. Don't get carried away with the jump until you can land it.
