Skier Slow

This foot fire or line drill is called the skier. It focuses on lateral movement agility, Start by jumping across and back over the line, keeping your center of gravity centralized as your legs move forward and back. Speed it up to progress and start to do a super fast movement forward and back over that line. From here, go to one leg and make it a hopping movement. This really challenges your balance and you'll want to make sure that you get both sides. So switch sides and make sure that you get a nice even balance between right and left.
