I am a trainer in the Seattle Metro area. Previously I worked for the largest privately owned gym in the world, where I was responsible for the development of the Personal Training team for three years. Before that I was in the United States Marine Corps although explosives have nothing to do with fitness training my role in my platoon was to help increase the level of fitness for my fellow Marines.
