Single Foot Contact Run-Through

These athletic drills utilize an agility ladder. If you don't have a ladder, you can either draw lines on the floor with chalk or you can put down some tape. Start with a one foot contact run through. One foot at a time should contact each square. As a progression, do a two foot contact run through. What we're listening for here is an even cadence with the feet. As the final progression, do a high knee two foot contact run through. So you're starting to bring the intensity up. One further option is to add a skip. Two foot contact run through with a skip. So we add that plyometric element to the drill.
