I'm so thrilled to bring Hoop Fitness to suburban Chicago! My journey in fitness began in 2009 and recently became a certified instructor in 2010. My love for dance began when I was in high school and always searched for a way to combine my love for music and dance into a fun workout program! Now, I'm hooked on Hoop Fitness because it's a great way to firm up the core and dance at the same time! It's truly one of the newest fun and crazy fitness activities you can do ... and wait until you get into a class setting! I'm a mom of two beautiful daughters, our Black Lab named Pepper, and I'm a pet photographer when I get some spare time (when's that?). Oh, and I have a great full-time job in IT.
