Exercises to help prevent running injuries, specifically running knee injuries. Running knee injuries are often caused by weakness in the glutes and ankles.

I was a Division I Collegiate cross-country and track athlete at The University of Colorado. After graduating with dual degrees in Physiology and Spanish, I completed a year-long physical therapy assistant position. From 2008-2012 I worked as a master personal trainer at The Denver Athletic Club. In 2013 I worked as a personal trainer at Club 360 in Tokyo, Japan. I want to help my clients reach their maximum physical potential and believe that everyone is physically capable of more than they realize.
