Romanian Dead Lift to Heel Raise

We're going to take the traditional Romanian dead lift and finish with a little bit more extension at the end as you explode up and get your heels off the ground. Hold the dumbbells in front of you and then lower your body by flexing at the ankles, knees, and hips. As you come up and get the triple extension to the ankle, knees, and hips, carry on over until your heels raise off the ground. To regress this exercise, raise the dumbbells so that you don't go all the way to the floor with the deadlift and still finish with the heel raise at the end.
