Quadruped Four Point Rotations

The quadruped four point rotation is a great exercise to help the body disassociate movement of the pelvis around the fixed femur and to move the shoulder blade or scapula around the fixed humerus. Start on all four points and sit back into one hip, moving forward over the same shoulder, crossing over, back into the opposite hip. Each time, keep your spine perpendicular as you get a good range of motion through the four load bearing joints. After the desired repetitions, reverse direction and repeat the same process.
