Melisa has a certificate in Fitness Instruction from U.C.L.A. and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. In 2003, Melisa left her corporate career to pursue her passion for fitness. With years of athletic and fitness education on her resume, she was immediately hired at The Sports Club LA/Beverly Hills and was quickly promoted to their elite group of Advantage Trainers. Melisa specializes in incorporating a variety of strength training techniques, appropriate flexibility, and corrective exercises for optimal results.
