The power clean is a great full body exercise. It's got involvement of all the lower extremities, but equally important is the technique that we use with the hands and getting underneath the weight. You'll notice that as Anna squats down, before she comes up she's got to get underneath the dumbbells by rotating them up and getting underneath and then fully come up. To progress this exercise, she'd go through the normal clean as she squats down and gets under the weight, but then as she comes back up she's going finish with an overhead press. To regress this exercise, Anna would get rid of the dumbbells and use something like a weighted bar or a barbell that would reduce the need for stability independently in both arms.
