My name is Daniel Omokha and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. (ACSM). I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from the State University of New York, College at Brockport. I currently reside in New York City. I have been a personal trainer since 2006 and have worked with the young and elderly, a diverse clientele age range (16 to 65 years of age) as well as addressed a variety of health and fitness needs and goals from Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Flexibility to Postural Awareness, Mobility, Range of Motion restoration just to name a few. I also educate and specialize in the following: TRX Training, KettleBell Training, Pre & Post-Natal Training, Diet and Nutrition, Body Weight Training, Boot camp, Power-Lifting and Bodybuilding. I take great pride in my job and the safety and upward progression of my clients are top priorities. Part of my objective is to share, disseminate and educate on a wide variety of health and wellness related topics and issues. The fitness industry is an ever-changing one with so many trends being introduced everyday. I will dispel misleading information and separate the myths from facts.
