Interval training with cardio blast is a great way to increase the caloric expenditure and improve cardiovascular fitness. This exercise progression is a great way of doing just that. Start by going over and back. Place both feet on top, going across, tapping down, and going back to the other side. To increase the intensity and make a progression, start to lift up a little bit more and get a little air. So use the arms a little bit. As our third and final progression, do a touchdown, leap up, and touch down. So that up and down movement really further increases the overall intensity of the movement, increases the heart rate, and burns those calories.
