I have been a personal trainer in Vancouver for 7 years, and have been involved in the fitness industry for over 14 years. To me, personal training is not just my job, it is one my passions. I strongly believe that the more you love your job, the more driven, inspired and successful you will be, all of which will positively affect your clients. I have an extensive athletic background, having played competitive soccer for over 22 years at the Intercollegiate (UBC), Provincial, Metro, and now at the Premier Womens A level.
