This next exercise progression trains the cardiovascular system and incorporates some movement on top of the BOSU balance trainer. Stand on top and begin with a simple march. It's important to master this marching before you move onto the next progression. From here, start to jog. This already becomes a lot more challenging. To further increase the difficulty and really enhance balance, do a 1-2 hold. This is a big challenge for balance. Make sure that you've progressed gradually, master it as you go, and you'll have a great workout.
