Lunge Fwd R/Back/L Hold Ball at Chest

This lunge is a forward and back lunge, but it's a little bit different than how you've probably done it before. Step forward with one leg, lunge down, step the feet back together, and step back with the other leg. So you're going in a rhythm here. In order to progress, let's add a rotational chop. Chop down across the leg as you lunge forward and then chop down against the same leg as you lunge back. In order to progress this, you'll need to do this with a much more ballistic chop. You'll really explosive ballistic movement as a way of progressing that exercise.
