Lateral Line Stretch on Stability Ball

The lateral line stretch on the ball is a great stretch to get that lateral myofascial line from the bottom of the left leg all the way up along the torso into the left arm. Start by bending over the ball and separating with your top leg in front for a little bit of stability and your pelvis perpendicular to the floor. Bring that left arm up and over. There should be no rotation in your body, so the gravitational forces will be pulling you on either side of the ball and creating the length through a lateral line.
