To start this exercise, first go on your knees. Although your center of gravity is close to the floor, your stability will be challenged more because you don't have all that fine tuning that happens with your foot and ankle. Kneel on the tube and bring your hand up behind your head with your elbow flexed. At this point, keep your upper arm perpendicular to the floor and bring the hand back behind your head and then press the tubing straight up using your tricep. You'll need to have good stability through the abdominals and through your core area so that you have a good anchor point for which your arms to work from. To progress this exercise, challenge yourself more on an unstable surface like the BOSU balance trainer. The BOSU will give you a reflection of any shifts in your center of gravity, which you'll have to recover from to keep that stable anchor for which the arm, and therefore the tricep can work from.
