Working in the fitness industry for 13 years, I have had the unique chance to experience many different approaches to exercise, from strength training to helping those that have not exercised for years. Spending more time at the gym, I became aware that there were more unfit people than fit people walking through the door. Knowing this, her path became to share her knowledge and love for exercise with all people that wanted to not only change their bodies, but their way of life.
