I am an avid runner, marathoner, and all-around fitness enthusiast. I call myself an "adult-onset athlete", as I was not athletic growing up. I caught the fitness bug about 10 years ago and now feel stronger, healthier, and younger than ever. I am a firm believer of sharing your gifts to SERVE others so, as a result, I combined my corporate training experience with my passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer. My goal is to be of service to those who desire fitness direction, motivation, and accountability through a personalized program tailored just for them, at any age. It's never too late, or too early, to get on a path of fitness. I would be honored to help you take the first steps.
