Growing up as twin, competition was inevitable. Track, cross-country and other male dominated sports, my sister and I enjoyed. I graduated college with an education degree, but like most graduates, getting a job was near impossible. Open to new ideas, I took a high school coaching job and fell in love. The idea of helping people achieve their goals and breaking through boundaries had shifted my attention to personal growth, inside and out. I’m an ACE certified and a Mixed Martial Arts Instructor. My goal is to help people live a better life through exercise and self confidence. More than money, my motivation is to help share the spirit of positive thinking and leave a foot print onto the lives I help. My duty is to help you achieve your physical goals, coach you past plateaus and be there by your side.
