Home Bootcamp Workouts: 3-Minute Abs #1

Today, me and Coach Michele from the Transformation Camp (Malaysia's most talked about Bootcamp program) are going to show you a 3--minute ab circuit, using your own bodyweight that you can add to any workout routine you are currently doing right now. You can also use it on an off day to crank up your fat-burning hormones. 3-minute Abs: List of Exercises in the circuit: 1) Cross body mountain climbers - 10 reps 2) Plank Jacks - 10 reps Perform 10 reps of the Cross body mountain climbers, immediately followed by 10 reps of the Plank jacks. But wait - it doesn't end there! Immediately repeat the round, but this time, you do 9 reps of each exercise. You keep going in descending order (8/8, 7/7, 6/6... 1/1).. and then you're done!
