Heath Herrera, M.Ed., CSCS received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Angelo State University in 2002. He received his Master of Education in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2004. Heath is a current member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a Certified Basic Life Skills Instructor through the American Heart Association. After topping out at 270lbs in his life, Heath began a journey of weight loss and conditioning that led to his eventual career path. Thanks to his personal struggle, as well as many years of professionally serving others, he has learned that every person is different and needs different motivations and methods to achieve his or her goals. Today Heath maintains a weight of 203 lbs.
