Fwd Cross Step Slow

Description

We call this foot fire, or line drill, the crossover. Start with either side of your feet on the back of the square, step across and forward and cross your leg. Swivel your hips, and keep your upper body straight. To progress, speed this up and go super fast. As a further progression, add a skipping motion, a grade one plyometric. So skip through and move your feet and lower leg super fast to activate the nervous system.
