Foot Fires: Out/Out/In/In Slow

This foot fire or line drill really works the lateral muscles in the lower body. Start off by stepping out, out and in, in. Start off slow to establish the base movement pattern and then as a progression start to do this super fast. Stay on the balls of your feet and move those legs really quickly. As a further progression, make this into a skipping movement. So we add a plyometric element to our foot fire. This will really get the lower body warmed up and make you move faster.
