Foot Fires: Fwd Back R/L Slow

These line drills, or foot fires, are designed to improve foot speed, agility, body control and coordination. Start off with a simple movement stepping over the line back and forwards with one foot. To progress, speed this up and go as fast as you can. Then do it with a hop as your final progression. Hop back and forwards over that line and then do it on the other side. That should get you nice and warmed up in the lower leg and improve your foot speed.
