Fitness on Request is an awesome way to take classes without a class schedule! Virtual classes are available 24/7, with anywhere from spin, yoga, weights, aerobics at your fingertips. (Literally, you just touch the screen). lol. I hope this video works! Enjoy! This is such a great addition to our gym.
