I've been involved in fitness since I was 11 years old, doing crunches during commercial breaks of cartoons. No. Really, I was. I've been pretty fascinated with sports, working out, and the like. I played college basketball, and used some of that experience, along with my certifications, to merge, teamwork, and goals, into every workout I do with my clients.
