Elbow plank push up

This advanced level exercise only requires a stability ball. Get into a plank position with feet gripping the ball. Start on your elbows then push up, one hand at a time to a full push up position. Execute a push up then lower back down to elbows one hand at a time. Work up to 3 sets of 10. Again this is an advanced level exercise.
