I think the lateral movement is great, but the video shows little to no hip action in the swings. Kettle bells swings should be a total body exercise, engaging the glutes and core and lats.

I give this video 1 star because the double arm and single arm kettlebell swings are demonstrated incorrectly. There is no momentum generated from the hips during the upswing. The point of a kettlebell swing is to develop the body's ability to generate power and this video completely misses the point.
