Double Arm Swing with Lateral Travel

This next exercise progression takes a kettlebell swing and makes it challenging. Start by doing lateral travel as you do the swing. Step out to the side and then back in the other direction. When you come down, your feet should always be apart. As you come up, the feet are together. To progress this, do it with a single arm swing. Do a single arm swing, switch at the other side, and then come back down to the other way. As a really intense progression, perform this with a skipping motion side to side. Now, this gets the heart rate up, takes a lot of coordination, and a lot of skill. This is a very advanced variation of this exercise. Make sure you've mastered the other variations before you attempt it.
