This exercise progression takes the double arm swing and turns it into a box step to increase the difficulty of the leg work. Start in an upright position, swing, and step forward. Then swing and step back. You'll see that you're using the momentum of the bell to create that movement. You can also do this with a dumbbell if you don't have a kettlebell. To increase the difficulty, do this with one hand. Make sure that you alternate hands. For our last and most challenging progression, alternate as you step forward and back. Again, you want to make sure you get both sides of the body equally.
