Description

The double arm swing can be performed in a number of different ways with a variety of progressions, keeping in mind that variety is a great way to change a training program. You'll perform a quarter turn and do a double arm swing with a kettlebell or dumbbell. First come down, swing, and step to turn. Make a full circle. As you go around, you'll see you're really keeping your spine nice and straight. As the progression continues, turn this into a half turn. This becomes quite difficult. Make sure that you've got good mechanics. Squat down, swing up, thrust with the hips, turn around, and thrust with the hips. Here we go up and take two little steps. The key here is to step backwards first.
