This triceps exercise progression is a great way to strengthen the back of the arm. It also incorporates core and stability for the central muscles. Take your hands onto the dome of the balance trainer and perform a triceps push up. Keep your elbows close into the side of your ribcage and press up through the back of your arms. Notice your chest is coming right down low. To progress this, come up onto your toes. This is very challenging because the triceps aren't such a big muscle. Come down, press up and you'll notice the spine is nice and long. For our third progression, we're going to move things around a little bit. Flip the balance trainer, place your feet on the balance trainer, and do a decline triceps push up. Come up into a plank, find that position, and then come down into the triceps push up, and press up.
