CoreAlign Upper Body and Core Exercise

Description

Position both platforms in the same rail, connecting them with one tube (I'd recommend the peach one, as the lightest resistance provides even more challenge!). Position yourself in the front plank position, hands on the platforms. Using the strength of your arms, back, chest and core muscles, part the platforms from each other, then come back to the initial position. remember to maintain the straight position, core engaged, back flat.
