Core Strength Interval - 4 Minute Abs & Arms

This series is a core focused interval workout routine. It's great for working shoulders and abs at the same time! The side plank with hip dip is an oblique exercise while the forearm plank to full plank core exercise works into your shoulders. Follow along with the video and enjoy the burn :)
