Mobile Boot Camp - We Come to YOU!!! Minimum 8 participants. Boot Camp classes are one hour, and each class includes 25 to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines 25-30 minutes of strength training using free weights and other equipment. We will focus on a different major muscle group (mostly core) allowing you to develop a targeted program. As an added bonus . . . we even offer Zumba and Kickboxing!
