I am a WBFF PRO, originally from San Francisco, CA & owner/founder of Anywhere Fitness PT, which operations out of FM Sports, LLC in Redmond, WA. I hold certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance & Fitness Nutritional Specialist who trains military & civilians on an individual, unit/battery, battalion & brigade level, as well as online personal training and nutritional counseling. I also hold additional certifications with TRX & RIPPED. I've been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for 20 years, and have always been passionate about helping others. Being a wife and mom of two, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work and staying fit and I want to help you learn that it is possible. My goal for each & every client is more than weight loss, it's about educating my clients on how to live a happier, healthier, more balanced lifestyle my giving them the tools to improve their health & fitness levels, and quality of life!
