Additionally, I’m AED, CPR, and First-Aid certified with the American Heart Association and I am fully insured through Sadler & Company Insurance, Inc. I also hold numerous Instructor level certifications such as: Certified TRX Suspension Training Instructor and Certified TRX Group Suspension Training Instructor and TRX Sports Medicine Instructor. Continuing education is very important to me as there is a never ending list of things to learn about the human body. We will always be at the forefront and cutting edge development of health, fitness, and wellness. So far, I have completed numerous courses in weight management, nutrition, senior client, SAQ (speed, agility & quickness), core & balance training, TRX Instructor level live courses, Functional Training and Strength and Conditioning seminars, etc. My training and expertise goes beyond my credentials.
