This is one of the last make up videos for a 30 second challenge for a series of exercises: Squats, Pushups, and Planks, doing variations of each every day and incorporating power moves--this week being 100 Jumping Jacks.

I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, specialized in Senior Fitness and Core Training. I am also a Beachbody Certified INSANITY® Instructor and a Wello and Kalodio online Fitness Instructor. My passion for fitness and interest to help people to incorporate physical activity into their daily regimens is what inspired me to leave a long time sedentary desk job. I am embarking on a wonderful journey into the fitness down a path I have been destined for. As a child and teenager i was obese. I understand the trials and tribulations associated with weight loss and the struggles of maintaining a healthful lifestyle in this very stressful, on-the-go world we live in. It is my mission share my personal experience and knowledge to help others reach their fitness goals. Now aim to share my love for fitness and show others how it doesn't have to be a chore to exercise. Fitness can be fun! Let's make it a part of our daily lives. We never know how far we can go until we challenge ourselves. This is what life is all about! It is a journey of challenges; a ride of ups and downs.
