The 1-Arm Tricep Push-Up is an excellent way to work the back of the arm. Start with your hands on a set of paper plates and you'll do it with one arm at a time. Assuming a Push-Up position with your hands on the plates, engage your abs fully. Then bend one arm and reach the other arm forward and push powerfully through the tricep. Alternate this by pushing from the other arm. As a progression, come up onto your toes, working with a longer lever and more core stability. This is a very advanced, intense exercise. It takes a lot of core stability and a lot of tricep strength.
