Tabata Boot Camp
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm
Due to the intensity of this program you must tell the instructor of any physical or medical limitations that may prevent you from participating at 100% effort.
You must have eaten and had fluids at least 60 to 30 minutes before class
You must bring water or sports drink to class
You must sign a waiver before participating in class
You may bring a towel or mat for comfort
