Health coach and personal trainer Sue D’Alonzo is offering a unique 6-week program for those people who have been struggling to lose weight and implement exercise.
This HEALTH CLUB starts January 8, 2014. We will meet for 1-hour a week for six weeks every Wednesday at 7:00 pm (January 8, 15, 22, 19. February 5, 12) for an interactive, note taking, group workshop that will provide information for your success:
Each workshop will consist of:
15 minutes of gentle exercises
30 minute discussion on various health/food/fitness topics
15 minutes to goal set, ask questions, exchange recipes and ideas.
TOPICS for Series 1-Success topics for the first 6 weeks (subject to change):
WEEK 1: Diets - What works, what doesn’t and what’s best for you.
WEEK 2: Exercise - Motivation, accountability, how to get the most benefit, and why
it’s so essential.
WEEK 3: Meal tracking - How to, why, when and the importance of keeping a
WEEK 4: Success Strategies - S.M.A.R.T. principle: Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
Realistic, Timed Goal setting.
WEEK 5:Motivation- How to find it, how to keep it.
WEEK 6:Taking better care of YOU: Massage, yoga, meditation
When: Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.
Where: True Healing Massage and Bodywork: 1690 San Pablo Ave. Suite C, Pinole CA. Cost: $90 for six sessions (first come first serve-max 15 participants)
What to bring: Journal, a mat or cushion to sit on, wear comfortable clothing.
