$6.00 per class, $3.00 seniors. This class is a low to non impact class utilizing cardiovascular strength and endurance with a healthy mix of the BellyTone® technique that you love!
Must be able to do continuous movement for one hour and sometime mat work on the floor. Bring water, towel and personal mat (if desired).
