Early Morning BootCamp
Start your day with an energenic and fun small group workout with other like-minded individuals. We focus on all components of fitness: cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome to participate in a hour long class designed to kick start, or to maintain your fitnss goals.
The workouts are designed for groups but you will have my undivided attention. We run, skip, jump, throw balls, lift weights, work hard on the core, run up the stadium steps, complete intervals and take LOTS of recovery breaks.....plus, we laugh!!!
