Fitness Bootcamp
This is a high charged bootcamp that takes place indoors and outdoors. No workout is ever the same and you still learn to perform exercises well and will achieve a high level of fitness. The aim of the class is improved fitness and weight loss.
We use games, athletic movements and traditional exercises to create our workouts.
The first session is free and individual classes after the first session are $15 each.
When you choose to join the Live In Fit family as a member then you will receive the full benefits. There is a cancellation policy that is clearly stated on our website.
