RIPPED, ZUMBA, Stroller Fitness, BOOT CAMP
CSD Park and Rec fitness classes - Both low impact and advanced classes.
Monday:
5:00 pm – *R.I.P.P.E.D /Low Impact (55 min. approx.)
6:00 pm – *R.I.P.P.E.D / High Impact Interval Training
7:15 pm – Zumba
Wednesday:
9am - Stroller Zumba/Fitness combo (mom & Kids)
5:00 pm – Zumba (55 min. approx.)
6:00 pm – *R.I.P.P.E.D / High Impact Interval Training
Friday:
9am - Stroller Zumba/Fitness combo (mom & Kids)
Saturday:
9:00 am – Boot Camp (60 min)
All classes are 8 weeks:
- $40/ 1 day per week ($80/2 days per week) ($120/ 3 days per week)
- New: walk in fee $8 (ie: pay as you go)
- Make Checks payable to HCSD –
*R.I.P.P.E.D = resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet.
