Summer Outdoor X-Train / Boot Camp Sessions
Taking the training outdoors and adding a little variety to your workouts. This is for all of you looking to change it up a bit during the summer months. We'll be using battle ropes, sleds, suspension trainers, sandbags and more... Meet 1-3X weekly Tue/Thur/Sat. June - August. If storms session will be moved to studio or to a different date.
