BOOT CAMP (Spartan Sprint Challenge)
-a progressive 10 week conditioning program for the 3mile & 15plus obstacle course Sparten Sprint Race
- The program will consist of 4 Different Conditioning Workouts (TRX Resistance Training, Tabata or 4*3*2*1 Interval Training, Moderate Steady State workout, & a Sprint Interval Training).
- classes will be held Saturday mornings & 1-2 classes during the week
-class locations to be determined (massapequa, or at your home, my home, or park)
