Spring Into Fitness Outdoor Program
Winter is finally over and it’s time to get out and enjoy the scenery. Spring is the perfect weather to get active again if the cold one prevented you from exercising or to take your workouts outdoors and enjoy fresh air and warm sun rays.
Back by Popular Demand! Our third annual Spring Outdoor Program is here!
This 8-Week program will help you lose about 2-4 pounds a week – that is a potential 16-32 lbs. in two month! It’s all about what you put in to it.
The program will involve several fitness components - cardiovascular conditioning, strength training flexibility/mobility and balance. We will meet three times a week. Each week will look different as the program is designed to cross-train all the fitness components.

Weekly programming will only be released to registered participants
The program will start on Monday, March 31st Cost $360 (includes measurements and 24 carefully designed workouts to fit all levels of fitness). ($15/session)
Mother’s day weekend will be flexible as people may go out of town. I will offer a make-up session at the end of the program at my discretion.
If you bring a friend to join us your fee is $306! (15% off). Payment options available!
You can choose once, twice, or three times a week participation. Drop-in rate $17
Another possibility is Monday and Friday 8:45 am and Wednesday 10:30 am. Let me know your preference.
