Through a series of easy, precise techniques using a unique soft body roller and small, specialized balls, this groundbreaking simple self-treatment program quickly rehydrates connective tissue, which allows the body to release long-held tension. This tension is created by the repetitive motions and postures of daily living and is the true cause of many common aches, pains, and chronic symptoms. Join MELT Instructor Karin Singleton for a 2-hour workshop to learn a few of the simple self-care techniques of this innovative science-based method. Bring your body closer to an ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue, and decreasing tension. MELT can be a jump-start to self-care or provide the perfect complement to other sports such as yoga or Pilates.
We will cover the MELT Foot Treatment, lengthening techniques for hips and shoulders and decompression techniques for the neck and lower back.
