Circuit Training
The 50 minute Circuit Training class is a can't miss combination of cardiovascular and strength training. Students are led through a variety of different stations designed to increase the heart rate, strengthen muscles and improve core development. Stations are usually performed for one to two minute intervals and consist of free weights, stability balls, cardio drills, TRX Suspension Trainer, elliptical, exercise bike, resistance tubing and abdominal exercises. All levels are welcome!
12 Hour Late Cancel Policy: As a courtesy to other clients, you must cancel yourself out of class 12 hours prior to class time in order to avoid being charged a late cancel fee of $10 (All Clients). No exceptions! If you No-Show for a class, your account will be charged a drop in fee of $15. This policy is subject to change by management at any time.
